The search in Piemonte started after we were romanced by the city of Turin. Culture, history, creativity, first home of Fiat, location for The Italian Job the movie and always in view of the Alps, Turin was the first unified capitol city of Italy.

Through the vineyards the view stretches out to nearby hilltop towns. The vineyards of La Vignazza cover most of the hills around Alfiano Natta as their business has expanded the differing types of wines they offer has too. The neighbouring vineyard to Number 18 is Nebbiolo, but they offer Barbera DOC, Barbera Superiore DOC, Bonarda, Chardonnay, sparkling Chardonnay and a sparkling new white wine similar in taste and acidity to Champagne.
