  • WOW!!!! It was even more beautiful than the pictures.

    We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but Sara’s place absolutely knocked our socks off. It’s hard to imagine, but it was even more beautiful than the pictures. Sara and Mark met us at the gate and made us feel so welcome. The home was stocked with everything we could ever need! The home had the rustic charm of an historic Italian villa, but with all the modern amenities. The pool was an absolute highlight. We visited wineries during the day and lounged by the pool in the late afternoon, surrounded by the lush Italian countryside. 5*

  • Tastefully Decorated!

    We spent a long weekend with friends in this beautiful house and were absolutely delighted with everything. The house is absolutely fantastic and very tastefully decorated – you can tell straight away that a lot of attention has been paid to detail. The kitchen is very well equipped and has all the utensils you need. We particularly enjoyed the fantastic view and the beautiful garden with pool, which was perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.
    The hosts were very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond. They also gave us valuable tips about the region, which further enhanced our stay.

  • Spacious Bedrooms!

    Fantastically nice accommodation in top condition! Spacious bedrooms, private bathrooms, a lovely kitchen and a fantastic garden with a pool and barbecue. Private and peaceful location. By car, you can reach Barolo, La Morra and other attractions in about 30 minutes.

    Our stay was simply fantastic! The accommodation was beautiful, very well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a perfect break. We were particularly delighted by the fantastic garden with the pool and this breathtaking view – a place to relax and enjoy. Having lived here and immersed ourselves in the local eco system and managed this villa year-round, we take pride in being your local Concierge sharing the 'hidden' local Piemonte with our guests—from the best local winery experiences to the most storied wine cellars in our UNESCO-listed neighborhood - to authentic cookery classes and personal chef experiences and local specialist sommelier experiences right here at N°18.

FAQs

  • N°18 is very easy to reach from Turin Caselle airport in just 70 minutes, Milan Malpensa in just 90 minutes and Milan Linate in 1 hour 40 minutes. The journey’s are mostly motorway as the airports are all outside the city centre.

  • Yes its very easy! The roads are all tarmac leading to the villa and access is easy even for large MPV’s. Once you arrive there is a gravel driveway for up to 3 large vehicles.

  • Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexibility with your times, feel free to reach out to us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Whilst we have dogs ourselves the villa is not pet friendly at this time. If you have a small pet you really cannot live without get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

  • The villa is fully equipped with modern amenities including a fully stocked kitchen, superfast Starlink Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers, linens, towels including pool towels, a fireplace, and travel books, you’ll also find a generous welcome pack including local wine and flowers in season!

  • Yes! We offer high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience. While the villa is tucked away in nature, most mobile networks have good reception here. You can also use the Wi-Fi for your calls.

  • Yes! The villa is fully heated and cozy during colder months. We also provide extra blankets and a fireplace to keep you warm and snug throughout your stay.

  • While the villa offers a peaceful retreat, there are local shops and restaurants a short drive away. We’re happy to provide recommendations for dining, food shopping, and nearby attractions. One of our highly recommended restaurants also offers a pick up and drop off service.

  • We have a flexible cancellation policy. Please check the booking platform (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) for the specific terms, or feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding cancellations.
