A Brief Intro…

Benvenuti. We are Mark & Sara, and N°18 Casa di Campagna is the result of a long-held love for the authentic rhythm of Italian living.

Our goal is to provide a space where you can disconnect from the noise and reconnect with what matters—whether that’s a long lunch with family or a quiet morning coffee overlooking the vineyards.

We moved to Italy in 2018 with the intention of starting a new life and fulfilling a passion for all things Italian. We didn’t know what kind of life we wanted to make exactly, but it found us.

After a long search (57 houses) we found “the one” and our business idea and lifestyle opened up in front of us. As soon as we saw the outside of the house & barn and a drawing of the internals we started sketching our ideas and over the next few weeks those sketches became a CAD plan and the work began in early 2019. What came next was Number18 Casa di Campagna.

Having lived here and immersed ourselves in the local eco system and managed this villa year-round since then, we take pride in being your local Concierge sharing the 'hidden' local Piedmont with our guests—from the best local winery experiences to the most storied wine cellars in our UNESCO-listed neighbourhood - to authentic cookery classes and in villa personal chef experiences and local specialist sommelier experiences right here at N°18 Casa di Campagna.

We offer a full concierge service to help you discover the area, but we equally respect the art of doing absolutely nothing in peace (“Dolce far niente”).
