We love animals! Our villa however is not pet-friendly. If you have a small dog or cat please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing your furry friend.

The villa is fully equipped with modern amenities including a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, linens, towels, a fireplace, coffee, teas and complimentary in season fruit basket. We also provide a SMART TV and a Bluetooth speaker for your enjoyment.

Yes! We offer high-speed Starlink sattellite Wi-Fi for your convenience. While the Villa is tucked away in nature, most mobile networks have very good reception here. However, please note that service is dependant on your provider, you can switch to Wi-Fi calls however.

Yes! The villa is fully heated and cozy during colder months. We also provide extra blankets and a fireplace to keep you warm and snug throughout your stay.

While the Villa offers a peaceful retreat, there are local shops and restaurants a short drive away. We’re happy to provide recommendations for dining, grocery shopping, and nearby attractions.

We have a flexible cancellation policy. Please check the booking platform (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) for the specific terms, or feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding cancellations.

There is private & secure parking for up to 3 large cars in the driveway which is a few steps from the Villa.

There is public EV charging 300m away (Plenitude) and in the town of Alfiano Natta which is a few minutes drive there are fast chargers a short walk from the local bar.

N°18 Casa di Campagna is perfectly designed for 6 adults. There are two suites with king size beds and a third suite which can be made up as twin beds or as another king size bedroom.

We can accommodate 1 or 2 babies who sleep in cots and eat in high chairs as well and these are available upon request.

Yes! Mark and Sara live in the adjoining property. Guests enjoy total independence and privacy in their self-contained villa, garden, and pool, while having local hosts nearby for recommendations, check-in, or concierge support.
