FAQs

  • Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexibility with your times, feel free to reach out to us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • We love animals! However our villa is not pet-friendly.

    If you have a small well behaved pet who simply cannot be left with someone to care for them, reach out to us with details and we will try to accomodate.

  • The villa is fully equipped with modern amenities including a very well equipped kitchen with an American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, fast Wi-Fi, linens, towels, a fireplace, a washer for clothes and a charcoal BBQ. We also provide a Bluetooth speaker for your enjoyment and a tablet with our app pre loaded.

  • Yes! We offer high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience. While the villa is tucked away in nature, most mobile networks have good reception here. However, please note tit depends on your provider, but WI-FI calls can be made!

  • Yes! The villa is fully heated and cozy during colder months. We also provide extra blankets and a fireplace to keep you warm and snug throughout your stay.

  • While the villa offers a peaceful retreat, there is a local bar/cafe about 20 minutes walk away and a restaurant is a shorter walk 200M away in a local Agritourismo there is a high quality restaurant and winery who will come to collect you and drop you back at the villa free of charge. We’re happy to provide recommendations for dining, grocery shopping, and nearby attractions on our Concierge page & app.

  • We have a flexible cancellation policy. Please check the booking platform (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) for the specific terms, or feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding cancellations.

    If you book direct cancellation is possible free 4 weeks in advance.

  • There is private parking for up to 3 large cars.

    There are 2 local public EV charger 300M away and 2 faster chargers in the village centre which is close to the bar.
