Day 1 (Arrival): Warm welcome at the villa with an Artisanal Piedmontese Charcuterie & Wine Basket (delivered, ready in the fridge) so they can unpack and unwind without a formal service.
Day 2 (Truffle & Fireside): Morning Truffle Hunt with a local trifulau and his dog in the nearby woods. Casual lunch at a rustic local trattoria. Evening: Private Chef Dinner at the Villa using the truffles found that morning, paired with aged local reds.
Day 3 (Boutique Wine): Morning visit to an organic, boutique winery (like Matuné or La Vignazza). Afternoon at leisure. Evening: Casual wood-fired pizza or pasta night at a local favorite.
The Vibe A mix of active learning, relaxed villa lifestyle, and elite dining.
Day 1 (Arrival): In-Villa Sommelier Tasting Masterclass. Marco (or a local sommelier) comes to the villa with 5–6 regional wines, artisanal cheeses, and local grissini. Relaxed, interactive, and zero driving required on night one.
Day 2 (Master the Pasta): Late-morning Hands-On Pasta Making Class at the villa with Carla (T'Asti). Guests learn to make hand-pinched agnolotti del plin or tajarin, followed by a long, lazy wine-paired lunch eating what they made. Afternoon free to relax or swim.
Day 3 (The Producer Tour): Private morning visit to 1 boutique producer, followed by a light vineyard lunch. Evening: Chef-Prepared 4-Course Gala Dinner delivered or cooked live at the villa to close out the trip.
The Vibe: Zero stress, minimal driving, maximum villa luxury.
Day 1 (Arrival): "Chef in a Box" Delivered Dinner. A high-end 3-course meal prepared by your chef, delivered to the villa with re-heating/plating instructions and perfectly paired wine, giving them total privacy.
Day 2 (Walkable Wine & Private Chef): Morning stroll or short drive to a neighbouring winery for an unhurried tasting. Afternoon relaxing at the house. Evening: Private Chef 4-Course Fine Dining Experience in the villa dining room.
Day 3 (Winemaker Comes to You): A local natural or organic winemaker comes to the villa terrace in the late afternoon for a private tasting of their current vintages. Evening out at a recommended local Osteria.
